This delightful 2 story Villa is located in the Watersong Resort and is in a peaceful setting with conservation views from the Pool lanai area. The lovely Villa home is large enough for 2 families or a group of friends with two living areas to relax and socialize after a long day out and about in Orlando. There is a King Master Bedroom with Ensuite Bathroom on the ground floor. The Queen Bedroom with Ensuite Bathroom, two twin bedrooms each with 2 single beds are all located on the second floor. The twin bedrooms share a Hallway Bathroom.
The kitchen is well equipped for cooking up a family meal or putting together a quick snack and there is a breakfast nook area seating 4 persons for you to enjoy. The formal dining area seats 6 persons
There is a downstairs bathroom located near to the garage where the pool table is situated for Guest use. The Owners have also provided a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Outside in the Pool Lanai area, there is a patio table and 6 chairs for Al Fresco drinking and dining whilst watching the natural habitat of the conservation area. The pool faces West so you will be able to enjoy the spectacular Floridian evening sunsets whilst relaxing on one of the four pool loungers.
