We are delightful to offer this 2 story Villa located in the High Grove Resort which is in a peaceful community off the Highway 27 near Cagan's Crossing. This lovely Villa home is large enough for 2 families or a group of friends to spend a vacation with its' open plan living area. The two sofas and chairs provide a relaxing space to socialize after a long day out and about in Orlando. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking either a family meal or putting together a quick snack before going out to have fun. The formal dining area seats 6 persons and there are 2 breakfast bar stools for Guest use.

There is a downstairs restroom with a door to the pool area for your convenience when using the outdoor space. This downstairs restroom is also located near to the garage where there is a pool table and foosball table for Guests to use and have fun. The Owners have also provided a washer and dryer for your convenience.

All the Bedrooms are spacious and located upstairs. The King Master Bedroom has its own large Ensuite Bathroom, Closet and TV. The Queen Bedroom has a Closet, TV and a crib for Guest use and has its own door to the Hallway bathroom. There are two further twin bedrooms each with their own Closet and TV, each room has with 2 single beds. The twin bedrooms share the Hallway Bathroom.

Outside in the Pool Lanai area, there is a patio table, umbrella and 4 chairs for Al Fresco drinking and dining whilst enjoying the beautiful Floridian weather. The pool faces East so you will be able to enjoy the Floridian sunrises whilst sipping a cup of coffee each motning before you head out for the day. There are 2 pool loungers and 2 poolside chairs. Guests can also use the above ground Jacuzzi which can be heated for an extra cost. The pool can also be heated for an extra cost - please check with the Office for further details.

The Community of High Grove have a Clubhouse with a community pool, spa, games room, well-equipped gym, TV lounge and play area for small children.
