This lovely, relaxing Townhouse has 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom with its own private enclosed patio area with splash pool. It is located near to the Clubhouse - a 5 minute walk from the home. On the Ground Floor, there is a large living area with a 50 inch Smart TV for those downtime moments after a long day in the Parks. The kitchen is well equipped with all the cooking utensils to make a quick snack or a gourmet meal with a large oven, microwave and American fridge freezer.
Free Wifi is provided throughout the home and there is a landline for guests to use for local US calls. The house is fully air-conditioned for Guest comfort. There are TVs in all bedrooms.

There is a pool safety fence for Guest safety and the pool patio door is alarmed.
The Patio area is enclosed and the splash pool can be heated during the winter months for an extra cost (please check with the office for the price).

The Paradise Palms Resort is located 15 minutes away from Disney, Universal and Seaworld are 40 minutes away too. The Gulf and Atlantic coast are 1.5 hours away to the West or East of Orlando, so much choice for everyone!
