Sliding glass patio doors open to a covered lanai with a dining table for four, plus three loungers for soaking up the Florida sun. The private splash pool is perfect for a quick dip after a long day, or you can relax in the shade with a cold drink. Pool heating is available for an additional fee — ask the office for details.
