As 2019 draws to a close, we decided to look back at the year and take the time to appreciate the growth and success we have enjoyed.
Firstly, we couldn’t have achieved what we have this year, without the help of our incredible employees. They work tirelessly every day to ensure our guests and homeowners receive the best quality service possible. For this, we can’t thank them enough.
At the start of the year, we outlined our goals for the coming year. Despite JC Vacation Homes still being a relatively young business, we have proven in past years that we are a real frontrunner in the property management and vacation rental industry. So, with that in mind, we set out to double our size in 2019. We had dwarfed this figure by May, and as the year closes, our business has quadrupled in size.
Despite making growth our standout goal for this year, we also wanted to give something back to the community that has accepted us so warmly. We are proud to have sponsored and supported several teams, events and organisations in 2019 and look forward to continuing this in 2020.
A real highlight of 2019 was the opening of our new office in Davenport. While it took a few weeks to renovate the place into what we had envisioned, it was worth the wait. The office and the employees that operate from it is a genuine testament to how fortunate 2019 has been for our small team. Our office has enabled us to meet with clients and customers alike in a professional and comfortable environment, the coffee is pretty good too!
2020, we hope, will be another great year for JC Vacation Homes. However, we feel it’s our responsibility to focus on the service we provide to our valued homeowners and guests, along with the happiness of our employees and our contributions to the local community.
